Thank you so much - it is so helpful to me at this time to be able to make a phone call and know that someone will do what needs to be done - promptly and efficiently. I am very grateful to local business people for their reliability, meaning that all I have to do is write a check.
Please tell the person who was here that he left everything so neat and tidy - as I look out my kitchen window, I would never know he was here - it certainly looks better than it did before he came!

Wayne was your representative that pumped our septic tank on 10/20/10 and I wanted you to be aware of how well he handled our particular situation, which was somewhat unusual. (I realize someone who represents you should be informed, patient, communicate appropriately with a customer and the company during a service call and perform the work effectively - but as you probably know, that doesn't always happen.)
Wayne did a fine job to assist me to locate the actual septic tank (not just the dry well), displayed patience, assisted in solving a problem logically, communicated several times with your office to make you aware of the problem and to obtain cost information for me, along with guidance on my best options, and performed the work to locate and pump the tank efficiently.
