We also wanted to inform you that there is a damage waiver available.  If for any reason a rental is damaged this damage waiver does not hold you liable.  Therefore, for $10 per billing period you can be assured that you will not have to pay for any damage done to the rental. Please note that this does not include complete destruction or theft of the unit.   If you decide that you do not want to pay the damage waiver we will charge you for the damage done to your rental.  Please check the option that you would like, sign and return the bottom portion of this letter in the enclosed self addressed, stamped envelope.
