The Elite Mobile Restroom Trailer is the perfect solution for your large wedding or gathering.  Our largest trailer, with three restrooms.  Two women's rooms and one men's room, so you can accommodate a large number of people with out having lines.  Keep people from tracking mud and dirt through your house, using your bathroom, and increasing your water and waste bills, or overloading your septic system.

The Elite Trailer has warm running water sinks with automatic shutoff, air conditioning, heat, porcelain toilets, laminate counter tops, and large mirrors.  Everything you have in your bathroom at home!

Requirements:

We will supply one 50-foot hose for the water. If the location of trailer is further than 50’ from the water source, the customer must supply additional hose. The further away the water source is, the less the water pressure there will be. The water source can be a maximum of 300 feet from the unit.

The trailer requires two outlets of 15-20 amp service (each on a different circuit - please feel free to call if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter) to plug in the air conditioning, lights, and hot water heater. Ideally, the trailer requires two 15 amp circuits. (Please feel free to call if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter.) If there is no electrical source, the customer will be responsible for having a 8,000-10,000 watt generator available for set up and use for the mobile restroom trailer.

We will supply two 50-foot extension cords. If the electric source is more that 50 feet away, you will lose voltage and it could ruin the air-conditioning unit. If the trailer is placed more than 50 feet from the electric source, the customer will be responsible for supplying a 12-gauge heavy-duty extension cord and will pay for any damage done to the air conditioning unit. Using an electric source more than 50 feet away is highly discouraged.

We will need vertical clearance of 10.5 feet with no overhanging trees, as they will damage the trailer. We will need easy access to the trailer location (i.e. no cow paths), a level spot for placement, and solid terrain (i.e. – soft terrain, like grass, can cause the delivery vehicle to become stuck.)

The customer is not responsible for normal wear and tear on the trailer, but is responsible for any damages caused by improper/excessive use, negligence, or vandalism. PLEASE NOTE:  There is NO SMOKING, candles, or any kind of open flame allowed in restroom trailers!
